New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
If you do not remember your Guardian Login and/or Password, please contact the school Data Clerk. They will be able to provide that information. Complete required fields to request an account to enroll your students. EXAMPLE: School Year 2024-2025 New Student Applications open March 11^th after 9:00am. To get the correct forms in Step 5, make sure to complete the EXPECTED GRDE LEVEL and EXPECTED SCHOOL TO ENROLL INTO.
